What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you complete your member profile, we also store optional personal data including date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and birth data. If you submit a merch inquiry, we collect your name, email, and message. If you leave a comment on a blog post, that comment is stored and publicly visible.
When you purchase through our store, payment data is handled entirely by Gumroad. Jestamang LLC never sees or stores your payment information directly.
How We Use It
Your data is used solely to operate the site — managing your account, saving your preferences, processing merch inquiries, and displaying your comments. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where It Is Stored
Account data, profile information, comments, and inquiries are stored via Google Firebase, hosted in the United States (Iowa). By creating an account you acknowledge that your data is stored in the US under Google's infrastructure and privacy standards.
Cookies
Jestamang LLC uses Firebase session cookies solely to manage login state. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics are used on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site traffic. Cloudflare collects no personal data and uses no cookies — fully GDPR compliant by design.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal data at any time. Account and profile deletion is available directly from your profile page. To request data export or correction, contact us via the email on this site. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR including the right to restrict processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, your profile data, saved favorites, and submitted comments are permanently removed from our systems.
Children
This site is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
